Trouver un bon dentiste chez tata Elizabeth, c'est un peu comme arracher un sourire, à Victoria Beckham...Compliqué, voyez-vous !

Donc, Vous, qui vivez à Londres, ce billet vous concerne tout particulièrement ! The Madame K. vous a dégoté The address à enregistrer IMMEDIATEMENT dans votre smart phone !

Le Docteur Nathalie Taube-Cegarra est diplômée en chirurgie dentaire de la faculté de Paris VII, et également de l'Universite UCL Eastman ( Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry).

Elle y est, d'ailleurs, toujours "clinical lecturer", ce qui lui permet, au-delà du plaisir d'enseigner, d’être en permanence à jour dans ses connaissances et, d'offrir au patient, le meilleur traitement possible.

Nathalie consulte donc au cabinet Davies & Associates, depuis juillet 2014, en plein coeur de Harley Street, la très célèbre rue des dentistes.

Le cabinet, en lui-même, offre un équipement très moderne, avec les toutes dernières technologies, en plus d'un environnement très agreable et relaxant. J'y suis sensible puisque je viens m'y faire triturer la bouche, si en plus, je dois supporter un vieux papier peint et une odeur de formol, je fuis right away !!!!

Nathalie est secondée par une équipe tres compétente et à l'écoute du patient, dont deux spécialistes : un, en implantologie ( implantology) et l'autre, dans les traitements canalaires ou endodontie (root canal treatment or endodontie). On est jamais trop prudents, chers lecteurs !

Fumeuse ( bouuuuh !) Je sais, Je sais ! Fumer nuit à la santé, c'est mal, c'est vulgaire, ça donne des rides précoces... m'en fout j'ai 25 ans pour toujours !!!! ET buveuse de thé invétérée ( à peu près un baril/jour), je porte une attention, dès plus particulière, à l'hygiène et à la teinte de mes dents.

Juste entre nous les amis, vous pourrez toujours essayer, de vous la jouer over glam, avec votre brushing ou vos Berluti, si vos dents ne sont pas irréprochables, vous paraitrez toujours négligés.

En moyenne, passer par la case dentiste, pour un détartrage, est recommandé 2 fois par an.

Bref, l'heure de mon détartrage avait sonné...et l'heure du test, de ma nouvelle dentiste, aussi ....gnarkgnarkgnark !

Je fus donc introduite dans l'antre et l'opération ultrasonic commença, suivi par l'utlisation du prophyjet, afin de faire disparaitre toutes les tâches ( c'est un appareil qui produit un jet, sous haute-pression, d'eau et de bicarbonate de soude. Rien n'y resiste, pas même le tanin).

Je suis donc restée 45 mn/1 heure, pour un long travail méthodique et soigné, exécuté avec la plus grande douceur. ! Pas de détartrage minute içi !

Et voilà, le résultat Darliiiings :

white white white !!!!

Je suis absolument ravie !

J'y ai trouvé service de très bonne qualité, a un prix relativement abordable. Les autres cabinets de Harley street, sont souvent bien plus chers pour un résultat que je ne trouve pas forcément à la hauteur.

Cette prestation vous coûtera entre 70 et 100£ selon la quantite de plaque présente.

Une premiere consultation coute 95£. Les suivantes sont a 68£.

Les Tips du Docteur pour garder des dents éclatantes :

- Mâcher du chewing-gum SANS sucre , qui stimule la salivation et diminue le risque carieux et bien sûr, garder une haleine fraîche !

- Boire de l'eau après café, thé... Pour rincer et diminuer les risques de dis-coloration.

- Faire un blanchiment rajeunit de façon subtile, ou moins radical, un détartrage avec détachage par prophyjet.

- Boire du thé vert le soir permet d'avoir une meilleure haleine le matin et ... avant des nuits exceptionnelles :-)) (Elle ne perd pas le Nord, ma dentiste préférée !!!)

- Faire un bain de bouche type Eludril à la chlorhexidine permet de garder la bouche saine. Mais attention, à n'utiliser que ponctuellement car la chlorhexidine est un puissant antiseptique, qui dérange la flore bactérienne buccale et tache les dents. Ne marche bien sur que si les dents n'ont pas de tartre qui est un nid a bactéries.

I'm a smocker (bouuuuh!) I know, I know ! Smoke is bad for the health, it is vulgar, that gives premature wrinkles ... (ANYWAY, I'm 25 years old for ever !!!! ) AND inveterate drinker of tea (more or less one barrel per day), I pay an attention, from more particular, in the hygiene and in the tint of my teeth.

Just between us friends, you can always try, to be over glam, with your blow-dry or your Berluti's shoes, if your teeth are not irreproachable, you're always be neglected.

On average, go to see the dentist, for a descaling, is twice recommended a year.

In brief, the hour of my descaling had rung and the hour of the test, of my new dentist, also .... ! gnarkgnarkgnark!

So i tooke a place on the dentist's sofa and the ultrasonic operation began, followed by the utilisation of the prophyjet, to remove all the tasks (it is the device which produces a jet, under high pressure, of water and bicarbonate of soda. Nothing resists it, not even the wine tannin).

I thus remained the 45 mn / 1 hours, for a long methodical and well-kept work, executed with the biggest sweetness !

I am absolutely delighted!

I found the service very good quality there, has a relatively affordable price. Other Harley street's dental offices , are often more expensive for a result which I do not find necessarily at the height.

This servicewill cost you between 70 and 100£ according to the quantity of work on your teeth.

Tips of the Doctor to keep sensational teeth:

- Chew of the sugar-free chewing gum, which stimulates the salivation and decreases the risk of cavity and, of course, keep a fresh breath!

- Drink some water after coffee, tea... To rinse and decrease the risks of say tint.

- To make a bleaching makes look younger in a subtle way, or less radical, a descaling with stain removal by prophyjet.

- To drink some green tea the evening, allows you to have a better breath in the morning and before exceptional nights :-))

- To make a typical mouthwash Eludril for the chlorhexidine allows to keep the healthy mouth. But attention, to use only punctually because the chlorhexidine is a powerful antiseptic, which disturbs the oral bacterial flora and stains teeth. Work, please, on only if teeth have no tartar which is a nest has bacteria.
